Who we are
This policy covers molyiptv4k.com, operated by the MolyIPTV team. The address for any privacy question is molyiptv.us@gmail.com.
What you send us
Three forms on this site send information to our team: the subscription form, the free trial form and the contact form. Between them they collect:
- Your name, e-mail address and, where you give it, a phone or WhatsApp number.
- The country you are watching from, and the countries you want on your line.
- Your device type and player app, and — only where that combination requires it — the device MAC address and device key needed to create the line.
- The plan you chose, whether the request is a new line or a renewal, the existing username when you are renewing, whether you want adult categories, and anything you write in the message box.
We ask for nothing else. There is no account to create on this website, and no payment card details are collected or stored here at any point.
Sensitive information
Please do not send passwords, card numbers or identity documents through these forms. We never ask for them, and we do not need them to build a line.
Technical information
When you submit a form, our server records a small amount of technical context alongside your message:
- Your IP address, and the country the network resolves it to, where available.
- Your browser and operating system, derived from the user-agent string.
- Whether the request came from a phone, tablet or desktop.
- Your browser's time zone and language, and the width of the window.
- The page that referred you, where your browser sends one.
- A coarse VPN or proxy signal — whether forwarding headers were present, and whether the time zone disagrees with the country of the IP address.
- The date and time of the submission.
This is ordinary request information plus one time-zone string your browser volunteers. We do not run canvas, font, audio or WebGL fingerprinting, we do not build a profile of your browsing, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
A VPN or proxy signal is only ever a risk signal. Using a VPN is legitimate and we do not reject requests because of one.
Why we collect it
- To deliver the service. Names, contact details, device details and plan choices are what a line is built from.
- To prevent abuse. The technical context lets us spot duplicate trial requests, automated submissions and fraud attempts.
- To support you. When something is not working, knowing the device, app and network context is usually what solves it.
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, our lawful bases are performance of a contract for order and support information, and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of a free trial and securing the service for the technical context.
Live chat and WhatsApp
The live-chat widget on this site is provided by Tawk.to. When it loads it may set its own cookies and process the information you type into it, under its own privacy policy. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. Do not send anything through either channel that you would not want a third-party provider to process.
Storage in your browser
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores two small values in your own browser, which never reach our servers:
- Your light or dark theme preference, so the page does not flash the wrong colours.
- The shortlist of countries you build in the channels explorer, so it can be carried into a form during the same visit. It is cleared when you close the tab.
The chat widget may set cookies of its own, as described above.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered by e-mail to our team's internal inbox, which is hosted by Google. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing. It is disclosed to others only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order and support correspondence is kept for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes. Free-trial requests and the technical context attached to them are kept only as long as they are useful for abuse prevention. You may ask us to delete your information earlier, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of these, write to molyiptv.us@gmail.com from the address you contacted us with, and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are in the UK or the EU, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
