MolyIPTV DMCA and copyright policy
How to send MolyIPTV a copyright notice, what a valid notice must contain, and what happens after we receive one.
Last updated 9 September 2026
Our position
MolyIPTV respects copyright and expects the same of everyone who uses the service. We do not host, record, store, transcode or upload the media that appears inside a player app, and we do not own or control the sources that transmit it. We supply access credentials and support to our customers.
That distinction matters for a takedown, because we can only act on what we control. Where a valid notice identifies material reachable through the service we supply, we will act on it as set out below.
Sending a notice
Send notices to molyiptv.us@gmail.com with DMCA notice in the subject line. So that we can act quickly, a notice should contain all of the following:
- Your full name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed, or a representative list where several works are covered by one notice.
- Identification of the material you are complaining about, precisely enough for us to locate it — the channel or item name, and where in the service it appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the right or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
A notice missing these elements may be invalid and may delay our response, so please include them all.
How we respond
We aim to acknowledge every valid notice promptly. Where the complaint concerns material reachable through the service we supply, we will take reasonable steps available to us, which may include removing access to the identified material, raising it with the relevant upstream source, or restricting an account.
We keep a record of every notice we receive and of what we did about it, which is what allows us to identify repeat infringement.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It should identify the material and its location before removal, include your contact details, and state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake.
Repeat infringement
We terminate the accounts of customers who are the subject of repeated, substantiated copyright complaints. Terminating an account in these circumstances does not entitle the customer to a refund of the remaining term.
Where to send it
Copyright notices, counter-notices and any question about this policy should go to molyiptv.us@gmail.com. Please do not send takedown notices through live chat or WhatsApp — they are not monitored for legal correspondence and a notice sent there may not reach the right person.
